Our Products

Elastomer Engineering are manufacturers of high quality mouldings in natural and synthetic rubbers, specialising in rubber to metal and rubber to fabric bonded materials. We have state-of-the-art mixing and dispensing machinery producing a range of high performance Polyurethane castings.

Our press capacity ranges from 25 to 650 tonnes with platen sizes up to 1000mm x 1800mm. We have a number of state of the art high shot volume, 100 tonne vertical injection moulding machines made to our own design.

We take pride in turning out products of the highest standard to reliable delivery schedules

We are the sole manufacturers of the world patented Hex-Air Diffuser, a wastewater treatment aerator system available with a range of different specifications of rubber diaphragms depending on the severity of the application.

Our latest development is a non toxic alternative to lead. This patented material can be injection moulded and is available in various densities.
