An exceptional private development ten minutes
above the famous marina village of Puerto Banus, Marbella Fairways (Las
Pergolas) is located alongside the 14th Fairway of the championship course
at Aloha Golf Club. If you are an owner of a week at Marbella Fairways you
and three guests are able to enjoy guaranteed half price golf on the Aloha
Golf course* and guaranteed golf at greatly reduced green fees at the nearby
La Quinta and Los Naranjos courses.
If you have rented a villa or are an RCI member staying at Las Pergolas
you enjoy the same golf rights on the Los Naranjos and La Quinta courses
but you will not enjoy the privilege of playing the Aloha course at a reduced
price.
Superb Scenery
In the immediate neighbourhood there is a wonderfully varied selection of
recreational and sporting activities as well as superb scenery and the change
to visit some of the unique "white" villages of Andalusia.

There are only 18 two-storey villas built to first class specifications
in Andalusian style. Each air conditioned Villa has superb views over the
golf course, the Mediterranean and the majestic Peña Blanca Mountains.
...And In Style
Each villa has its own walled and tiled courtyard, reached via a traditional
wrought iron gated entrance. There are flowers in profusion at all times
of the year and three sun terraces on which to enjoy a welcome "sundowner"
or laze in the famous Costa del Sol sun.
All You Need for a Restful Holiday
Our policy is to maintain the highest possible standard in our villas. A
sizeable kitchen, recently fully refurbished, contains a dishwasher, refrigerator,
full-sized oven, microwave and every other labour-saving device. Should
you need it there is a utility area complete with washing machine.
Comfortable Accommodation
For your comfort each of the two large first floor twin bed bedrooms has
its own fully equipped bathroom and there is a further ground floor shower
room. Two further guests can be accommodated in the large lounge where the
three seater settee converts into two single beds. There is a satellite
TV. system in each villa.
Peace of Mind
Each villa is equipped with a safe for valuables and a regular security
patrol covers the site. All windows and patio doors are protected by lockable
steel grilles for extra peace of mind, especially in summer when our guests
like to have the windows open at night.
Time to Relax
Very large private gardens, an attractive heated swimming pool and a hard
tennis court complete the picture and provide ideal surroundings for any
type of holiday. Our resident manager ensures close attention to your needs
and the highest standard of maintenance.

Andalusia (Andalucía in Spanish), a magnificent province of Spain
with great depth of tradition and the home of Flamenco and bullfighting,
has a unique appeal to the discriminating holidaymaker. The Costa del Sol
offers abundant sunshine, warm winters, a host of beaches, mountain villages
and historic cities. Its wild flowers in late Spring are stunning in their
variety and colour.
Near to Aloha, Marbella (12 kilometres) and Puerto Banus (5 kilometres)
provide an exciting blend of charm, sophistication and abundant nightlife.
