forwarding/European haulage division and can organise the safe transportation
of goods to Europe via their regular driver accompanied service to such
countries as Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Holland etc. This

R.H. Stevens (Haulage & Storage) Limited is
the United Kingdom general haulage and warehousing division and its operations
run parallel with the European division and have a specialised chemical and
hazardous goods department with its own dangerous goods safety advisors and
specially trained drivers and modern vehicle to suit. With well established
long distance operations covering the whole of the United Kingdom, R.H. Stevens
can handle anything from a single pallet to full loads on our closely
controlled and efficient service utilizing our fleet of 44 tonne tractor units,
curtain sided trailers, and 7.5 to 16 tonne rigid vehicles for urgent
deliveries.The warehouse division of this company is responsible for the safe and efficient storage of goods and hazardous chemicals contained in modern buildings with 80,000 SQ. FT of floor space and having six loading bays, all of which are capable of loading and unloading under cover at all times. The company operates a fully computerised stock control system, thus enabling us to select specific pallets or parts thereof. We have the necessary equipment for the handling of goods up to 26 tonne capacity. Facilities are available for the safe handling of containers up to 40` in Length, whether it be the storage of containers or the loading or unloading of the containers. Furthermore, we can handle/store all types of goods whether they are palletized, loose or in drums.
